About this Session

The most important step in the Clinical Hypnosis process is the first appointment. In this extended session (1 hour and 15 min), you will meet Dr. Rotolo and learn all about hypnosis and how it can be applied to help you meet your goals. We will review the history and details of any obstacles you are facing and complete a series of fun and interesting exercises to develop a personalized approach that will maximize your success. Once we have the plan in place, we will get right to work on your goals with your first hypnosis experience.
